How will I receive my order?

Shipping to UK addresses are sent via recorded delivery through The Royal Mail and should take between 2 and 3 working days. Goods shipped outside of the UK are send via the Royal Mail's International Signed-For service (which will take between 3 and 5 working days in Western Europe and 5 to 10 working days outside Europe). You will be emailed a dispatch note. Please note: UK and international delivery requires a signature on receipt.

Who are DirectPay?

Take That merchandise payments will be handled by Trinity St's associate company, DirectPay Ltd in partnership with Worldpay. DirectPay will appear on your card statement.

Is shopping on the Internet safe?

Communication between the you, us and DirectPay is encrypted using the SSL mechanism built into your browser. This ensures that even if someone were able to monitor the traffic between you and the DirectPay server, they would not be able to read it. Encryption is used on all pages within the DirectPay system, making Internet shopping as safe as possible.

Can I exchange or receive a refund on my product?

We trust that you are satisfied with your purchase from Take That. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund or exchange. Please note we will be unable to accept returns without prior agreement from Customer Care.

Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will either re-send the exchanged goods by return or credit your credit card and notify you by email of your refund.

Please write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip and enclose it in your parcel. This can then be sent to the Freepost address below. Please note, we are only able to provide a freepost address for UK returns. For International returns please use the second address, we recommend that you use signed for delivery or get a certificate of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for lost goods.

What are the sizes?

Sizes for each item may vary, but (unless stated otherwise in the product description) sizes are approximately as follows:

Mens:
Small = 36" chest
Medium = 38"-40" chest
Large = 42"-44" chest
XL = 44"-46" chest

Girls:
Small = size 8-10
Medium = size 10-12
Large = size 12-14
